By combining Pilates Reformer expertise with evidence-based fitness and nutrition coaching, Heather helps clients build the confidence and sustainable movement patterns needed for a life without limits. For Heather, fitness isn’t just a job—it’s the fuel that allows her set the example for her busy family and enjoy every moment of the journey.
