Online rehab coaching is a personalized coaching program designed specifically to help your rehab and recovery created by your physical therapist and delivered virtually. Instead of only visiting a clinic, you work with a licensed physical therapist who creates a customized plan, provides video exercise demonstrations including any specific adjustments, and gives ongoing feedback through our coaching platform.
In-person physical therapy focuses on hands-on treatment in a clinic setting. Online rehab coaching emphasizes movement, exercise progressions, education, and accountability. While we don’t do manual therapy virtually, many clients actually get better long-term results because they’re consistent with exercises and are supported in their program.
You only need a smartphone. Your physical therapist will design a custom program that fits your schedule and lifestyle, including the equipment you have available - if any.
You’ll have access to secure messaging inside the platform. Most clients hear back from their coach within 24 hours during weekdays. In addition, you will receive video reviews of your technique and training videos weekly.

While most programs run 12–24 weeks, the exact length depends on your condition and objectives.
